Certified in the principles and techniques necessary to provide Software Configuration Management (SCM) solutions in accordance with the Unified Change Management (UCM) model.  Demonstrated the technical knowledge and skills required to integrate artifact and activity management, ensure that each stage of the development process is controllable and reproducible, ensure the integrity of all software elements, define the roles and phases associated with a typical UCM development process, establish concurrent development strategies, provide defect and change-tracking solutions, and improve collaboration between cross-functional team members by providing common data access.  Established proficiencies in creating UCM projects, snapshot views, and dynamic views, setting up developer workspaces, configuring development and integration streams, providing client access to remote repositories, resolving hijacked files, delivering artifacts and activities to default and alternate target streams, implementing advanced deliver scenarios, and rebasing development streams to recommended baselines.
